Before it becomes your keepsake.
What’s settled, and what still needs confirming.
What is the ornament made of?
Frosted acrylic, round, about 3 × 3 inches, with a full-color print on the front and a red hanging ribbon. It’s made by District Photo, a print partner on Printify. No printed sample has been inspected yet.
Can I use my own pet’s photo?
Yes, that’s the idea: one pet photo and one name. When the shop opens, you’d click “Personalize & Order” on the PetPicora product page, upload a JPG or PNG photo (up to 15 MB) and type the name (up to 12 characters). Each personalized order is checked by hand before production. This page never asks for your photo and passes nothing to the shop. Use a photo you took or have permission to use.
Does it work for a rabbit, a bird or a snake?
Yes. The ornament prints one photo, whatever the pet. Pick a sharp, well-lit photo where the face sits in the middle of the frame. Small pets, birds and snakes need a close-up so their eyes and features show in the round window. The pets on this page are examples, not real customers’ pets.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
No delivery date is guaranteed. Production comes first, then transit: US Economy 4–8 business days, US Standard 2–5, Canada 10–30. Holiday volumes can add time.
What will it cost in total?
The ornament is $29.99 USD. Shipping is added at checkout: $5.19 for US Economy, $6.29 for US Standard, or $12.09 to Canada, as shown at the shop checkout on November 4, 2026. That’s $35.18 USD in the US with Economy, or $42.08 USD in Canada, before taxes (and, for Canada, any import fees). The final total depends on your address and is shown at checkout. No payment can be made on this page.
Is the shop in French or Spanish?
This page is available in English, French and Spanish. The PetPicora shop (shop.petpicora.com, run on Printify Pop-Up) is in English only, and prices are in US dollars. On the product page, “Pet photo” is your photo and “Pet name” is the name to print.
What if it arrives damaged, or I need to cancel?
Returns, cancellations and refunds follow the PetPicora shop’s policy: the product page shows a 30-day return policy, with details in the shop’s Terms and conditions. Each ornament is made to order with your photo and name, so check both in the preview before you pay.
Will my ornament look exactly like the preview?
Not exactly. The live preview here is a drawing, and the example ornaments are generated images (illustrative mockups, not product photographs). Our print file follows the supplier’s template, but no printed sample has been inspected yet, and frosted acrylic can make colors look softer.
